EasySeizing-Premium is India's first fully automated mobile and web application designed for Seizer, Recovery, and Collection Agencies. Our platform streamlines agency operations with secure user registration, GPS tracking, and compliance management, ensuring an efficient and user-friendly experience.

1. Effective Date
- 1.1. This Privacy Policy is enacted and comes into full force starting from 19-02-2025. From the said date onwards, the principles and practices outlined within this policy will dictate the manner in which we manage, protect, and utilise your personal information.
2. Age Restriction Policy
- 2.1. Age Requirement: Our services are designed for and directed towards adults, specifically those who are Eighteen (18) years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect, use, or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of Eighteen (18).
- 2.2. Proactive Measures: In our registration process and at various points of interaction with our services, we take proactive steps to verify the age of our users, ensuring compliance with our Eighteen (18) years of age policy.
- 2.3. Parental Control: If any Parent or guardian discovers that personal information has been collected from an individual who is a minor without verifiable parental consent, please contact us at bigbyteall@rediffmail.com. We will take immediate steps to delete such information from our records and terminate the said account.
3. What Information Do We Collect?
We are committed to collecting only the information necessary to provide and improve our services while ensuring compliance with privacy regulations. We collect personal information about you in the following ways:
- 3.1.1. Information You Provide to Us:
- 3.1.1.1. Registration of Agency:
- 3.1.1.1.1. When you register your agency in our platform we collect key personal information, including but not limited to Agency Name, Registered Office Address, Owner Name and Contact Number. Once registered, the agency has the option to collect and input additional user details while registering their members.
- 3.1.1.1.2. Once an agency is registered on the platform, it cannot change its name or transfer ownership to another party. If an agency wishes to operate under a different name, they must purchase and register as a new agency. This policy ensures transparency and prevents unauthorized changes in agency ownership.
- 3.1.1.2. Registration of Seizer:
- 3.1.1.2.1. Agencies register seizers (end-users) under their profile. The platform itself does not allow individuals to register directly.
- 3.1.1.2.2. End-users (seizers/recovery agents) are registered by their respective agencies.
- 3.1.1.2.3. Once registered with an agency, an end-user cannot log in to another agency using the same mobile number unless the current agency has marked them as inactive in the system.
- 3.1.1.3. Financial data: We collect information provided by agencies from financial institutions regarding vehicle recovery. This includes key details such as vehicle identification, loan status, outstanding dues, repossession history, and payment defaults. Such data helps agencies track assets, assess financial risks, and facilitate the recovery process in case of loan delinquencies.
- 3.1.2. Information from Third Parties:
- 3.1.2.1. We may collect or receive information about agencies or seizers from third-party partners and integrate this data to enhance our services. However, we only store verified information provided by registered agencies, NBFCs, or finance companies.
- 3.1.3. Automatically Collected Information:
- 3.1.3.1. We may automatically collect certain information when you use our platform, including your device's IP address, operating system, browser type, and usage patterns within our platform. We also collect and process your GPS location information to provide you with location-based services and enhance your user experience along with your phone number for OTP (One-Time Password) verification during the registration or login process.
4. Why Do We Collect the Information?
- 4.1. The information we collect is utilized for various purposes that are essential to the operation and enhancement of our services. The purposes for which we collect and process personal data are outlined as follows:
- 4.2. To Operate and Improve Our Services
- 4.2.1. Our platform acts solely as a technology provider and is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or authenticity of the data uploaded by agencies, NBFCs, and Finance Companies.
- 4.2.2. Agencies and users are fully responsible for ensuring compliance with financial regulations and legal requirements.
- 4.2.3. We specifically use your information to provide, operate, and maintain the platform, ensuring that it functions efficiently and effectively for your benefit.
- 4.2.4. This includes but is not limited to personalizing your experience within our platform, providing location-based services, and improving our offerings, verification purposes, and to maintain the security of your account and to ensure security and compliance within our system, by enforcing policies restricting agency name changes and end-user migration between agencies without proper deactivation of their current active accounts.
- 4.2.5. We do not verify the authenticity of any imported or uploaded data. The responsibility for using the platform in a legally compliant manner rests solely with the users and agencies.
- 4.3. Registration and Account Creation
- 4.3.1. The information you provide is essential for creating and managing your account or profile on our platform. This includes storing the necessary details to offer you a personalized experience, facilitating your interaction, and ensuring the proper functioning of our platform's features and services. The data collected through surveys is used to tailor insights, gather feedback, and enhance the services you receive, ensuring they align with your specific needs and preferences.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the User (“You” or “Your” or “Users” or “Customers”) access to and use of the website, the services, and any associated content provided therein. By using or accessing our platform and services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
Disclaimer: Big-Byte EduTech does not engage in, facilitate, or verify any financial transactions, loan recoveries, asset seizures, or debt collections conducted through the Platform. Agencies and End Users are solely responsible for compliance with financial laws, recovery regulations, and contract enforcement.
2. Definitions
- 2.1. For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:
- 2.1.1. "Company" refers to Varshaben Harshadkumar Solanki, the sole proprietor operating under the business name Bigbyte EduTech, a proprietorship registered in Mehsana, Gujarat. The Company is responsible for the ownership, management, and operation of the Platform and its related services.
- 2.1.2. "Agency" refers to any legally licensed recovery and collection agency that has been granted access to use the Platform under the terms and conditions specified by the Company.
- 2.1.3. "End User" refers to any individual who is registered by an Agency to access and utilize the Platform.
- 2.1.4. "Services" refer to the comprehensive set of features and functionalities provided by the Platform, including but not limited to secure user registration, real-time GPS tracking, data management tools, compliance tracking mechanisms, and any other associated functionalities designed to facilitate the Agency’s operations.
- 2.1.5. "System" refers to the entire software architecture of the Platform, including its frontend and backend infrastructure, databases, APIs, security protocols, and user interfaces, which together enable the seamless operation and functionality of the Services.
